My keen love for creativity and storytelling and a holistic approach to the Arts with regards to understanding certain time periods and the collaboration of different departments to create a unified master piece is key to my success. I have a passion for grouping teams together that sparks creativity, symbiosis and have good chemistry, being a compassionate leader who feels that you are only as good as your team. Designing, delivering on time and budget is something I feel very strongly about. Composure under pressure, I laugh in the face of danger... ;)
